Positions:

TSM:

 

Responsibility:

  • To oversee all marketing and sales activities in the territory.
  • Provide quality service to customers in all assigned tasks.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Responsible for market development activities.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  • Deliver value added services to customers using and conduct customer needs assessment, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate customer satisfaction & implement improvement areas.
  • Maintain a high energy/high caliber direct sales staff.
  • Candidate will be able to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Qualification and Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Strong Communication, Time, Motivation & territory management skills.
  • Excellent computer skills & organizational skills
  • Must be self starter, self motivated, solution orientated with strong negotiation.

 

ASM

Responsibility:

  • Supervising and delegating the responsibilities within a sales team is the job of Area Sales Manager.
  • To take challenges and meeting various deadlines and targets responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
  • Direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • Understand the market, the customer and the competition & Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
  • Maintain a high energy/high caliber direct sales staff & Taking proper reporting of all team members.
  • Use sales strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of brands, analyzing business developments and monitor market trends.
  • Candidates will be responsible for his channel sales Targets.

Qualification and Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
  • Candidates must have good Communication, presentation & good Time management skills.

 

Tech Support/Field Engineer:

Responsibility:

  • Conducting site survey, collecting required data.
  • Assists Network Engineer during Pre-installation meetings to handle technical issues. Work closely with the Network Engineers in setting up wireless networks. Installation of mounting poles/structures, cabling, etc.
  • Installation of wireless devices and antennas with other accessories. Antenna positioning and fine tuning. Wireless Coverage testing. Periodic maintenance of wireless network. Continually evaluate/monitor the technical performance of the system. Assist in the configuration process.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, interface and communication problems and coordinate the tasks necessary to solve them. Assist network engineer with product trial evaluations.
  • Assist network engineer in the generation of all necessary reports and tracking systems. Daily updates and co-ordination with Network Engineers.

Qualification:

  • BE / Diploma Engineering Experience: 0 to 6 months
